ESSO Logon Manager Has Stopped Working With Web Applications In Google Chrome and Edge Chromium (Doc ID 2866462.1)

Symptoms

After upgrading from ESSO 11.1.2.3.1 to 11.1.2.3.2, users are unable to view the list of available application templates when attempting to add a credential in ESSO Logon Manager. 

The users are able to view the list of available applications and create new credentials in ESSO Logon Manager 11.1.2.3.1 prior to the upgrade. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Open ESSO Logon Manager on the windows desktop.
  2. Click the Add button to create a new credential.  
  3. Select the application type for the new credential but the list of available applications is empty.


The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add a new credential for applications in ESSO Logon Manager 11.1.2.3.2

Changes

 Upgraded ESSO Logon Manager from 11.1.2.3.2 to 11.1.2.4.0
