Incorrect Version for ODI Master Repository Seen in SCHEMA_VERSION_REGISTRY Table (Doc ID 2866706.1)

Symptoms

When creating a new Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Master Repository using ODI Studio 12.2.1.4, the new row inserted into SYSTEM.SCHEMA_VERSION_REGISTRY table incorrectly shows '12.1.3.0.0' in the version field.

Using RCU, the inserted row correctly shows "12.2.1.4.0".
