After running the app instance certification scheduler job, the system takes around 3-4 hours to assign the certification to the respective line manager/certifier.

Steps to replicate:

• In an environment with only 160,000 users, create App instance certification a single application, and provision around 10-20 users.
• Select all the default options like “Accounts of All users” and run the job
• The job will take around 45 minutes to create a certification to the respective manager as tested in-house.
