SFTP Connection Hangs Indefinitely in ODI (Doc ID 2867095.1)

Symptoms

When using an Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) Agent to execute an SFTP command such as OdiSftpGet or OdiSftpPut, the command is executed but never returns. The network traces confirm that the connection to the remote server is successfully made, however, it appears to stall. This occurs even with the -TIMEOUT parameter specified.

Connecting to other SFTP servers may be successful from the same ODI agent.
