Symptoms

After applying Patch 33678607, some jars under: $ORACLE_HOME/oracle_common/rda/da/lib are upgraded to a latest vesion, specifically:

json-smart-2.3.jar to json-smart-2.4.7.jar
and
ojdbc6.jar to ojdbc8.jar

Due to this, when trying to recreate the Maven repository, it gives the below errors:

So maven looks for the older jar versions.
