Goal

User’s query is - Oracle Coherence needs to be removed / uninstalled from the OBIA / OBIEE WebLogic servers. Would like to understand the impact if the Oracle Coherence is removed / uninstalled from the OBIA / OBIEE weblogic servers? In addition, if no impact, please provide steps to remove and work on removing it. The current version of WLS WebLogic Server retains configuration information used to locate and communicate with a Coherence cluster but a complete configuration is not done in our systems. Generally, Coherence servers are stand-alone cache servers, dedicated JVM instances responsible for maintaining and managing cached data but we have not configured any server within it.
