Forms is Crashing with FRM-93652 After Upgrading the Server JDK

Symptoms
After upgrading the server side JDK Forms is now crashing with the following errors:
FRM-93652, FRM-93656, FRM-93658
In formsapp-diagnostic.log the following entries are seen:
