SOA DB Adapter Stuck On STATE PREPARED (Doc ID 2872668.1)

Symptoms


When starting SOA managed servers DB adapter goes to state PREPARED. From the logs it was observed that DB Adapter was moving from state NEW to state ADMIN and then to state PREPARED and remained stuck with this state.
