Symptoms
Oracle WebCenter Sites 12.2.1.1.0
When attempting to publish, it fails during transport phase and the following error is shown in publish console log
Transporter (LOCAL): 0%. Last known action: EXCEPTION: com.fatwire.cs.core.realtime.DataException: Error transporting data, errno=-100
