Symptoms

Created a data source and respective JNDI in the WebLogic for the Postgres DB and the connection is successful.

However, when trying to configure the DB adapter in JDeveloper/SOAQuickStart JDeveloper for the respective JNDI the JNDI is not reflected in the JNDI browser.
