Symptoms

 After the parameter SEC_USER_AUDIT_ACTION_BANNER has been enabled in the sqlnet.ora to display a banner message, the following error displays when exiting Sql*Plus:

 The parameter SEC_USER_AUDIT_ACTION_BANNER has been enabled in the sqlnet.ora for use with Sql*Plus.
