Symptoms
Automatic Update Cycle fails due to OutOfMemoryError (Java heap space) when using ElasticSearch.
The Automatic Update Cycle kept getting into Interrupted state so no revisions were getting indexed due to above error.
Reviewed the revision that was failing indexing. The user had checked in a zip file containing files of total size 300M. The zip file was under the MaxIndexableFileSize (default value is 10M), so it was allowed to proceed with fulltext indexing.
