Goal

To outline the steps needed when changing the Listen ports on Oracle Application
Server 10g (9.0.4). There are different steps between the Infrastructure and 
Mid-Tier(s) that must be followed for different situations, keeping the port
dependencies in mind. Any future Oracle Application Server 10g version should be
the same concepts and similar steps. Refer to the Oracle Application Server 
documentation specific to your version.
