Symptoms

Content item failed fulltext indexing due to "Request Entity Too Large" response from ElasticSearch 

 

Also, the tracing in UCM and ES shows the revision continues to be indexed and released.  However, fulltext indexing error is reported on the content information page. 

 

Metadata search will return the content item in search results, but fulltext searches is not able to find the content item.
