Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) 12.2.1.4 API "Usermanager.getdetails" Returns Deleted User Details When Two Records For Same User (Doc ID 2876757.1)

Symptoms

When using OIG 12c API "usermanager.getdetails(userlogin,new Hashset(),true)" method, it is returning user details of Deleted User when there are two records with same user login (one in "Deleted" status and other one in "Disabled until start date" status).

 

 

Changes

OIM was upgraded from 11g to 12c
