With Trays layout, vertical scroll option is lost on moving content from one folder to another in select browsers.

STEPS TO REPLICATE
-----------------------
1. From user profile page, set the Trays layout.
2. Navigate to folder that has multiple content items (10 or more).
3. Select an item from the list, click on 'Move' from Actions menu and move to any other folder.
4. Repeat the 'Move' with a few more items.
5. Notice each time an item is moved the screen/WCC UI moves upwards slightly and no scroll bar is present to scroll back down to be able to view the menu.

Note:
Issue reproduced only with Trays layout and not on Top-menus.

User(s) need to refresh the window each time a file is transferred from one folder to another the page moves/scrolls up in the window as the user can not see the top of the page.
