Symptoms

Executed the steps to extend a domain to another machine, after succesfully executing pack/unpack wiht option managed=true the DOMAIN_HOME/bin/setODIDomainEnv.sh is not the same from admin node.

The contents of the script is reset and the customizations implemented on it are lost.

This behavior is confirmed in other WebLogic provided scripts but scripts added to the domain/bin directory by the user are correctly restored on the target machine.
