Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) Change Password By End User Does Not Create Email Notification (Doc ID 2879283.1)

In OIG Identity Self Service, when a user logs in to Self Service/My Information and performs a Change password operation, by default an email notification is not sent to the user that the password has been changed.
