Symptoms

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, Enterprise Scheduling System

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
End users are not able to see the ESS jobs intermediately.
After the restart of EssNativehosting application from weblogic admin console, they are able to see the ess jobs in em console .

This is happening intermediately and cannot reproduce manually or at will.
