Incomplete Global Logout and Site can't reached error while performing re-authentication

Logout Flow Error "Logout was incomplete. Close the browser to remove any remaining session data."
Sometimes getting below error message during logout "System error. Please contact the System Administrator"

Oracle Access Manager (OAM)as the Service Provider
Global Logout is enabled at Service Provider (SP) and at Identity provide (IdP)
