Oracle Access Manager (OAM) Validation Is Not Happening On Incorrect User Login In The Detached Credential Collector (DCC) Login Page (Doc ID 2882118.1)

During login, when incorrect credentials have been entered , users are not getting  “An incorrect username or password was specified” message; rather the login page just refreshes.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access a DCC WebGate protected page
2. Username and Password page will be displayed, enter invalid username and password
3. Expected behavior, display the invalid username/password in the page "An incorrect Username or Password was specified ", but it refreshes and land on the same page without error.
