Symptoms
During login, when incorrect credentials have been entered , users are not getting “An incorrect username or password was specified” message; rather the login page just refreshes.
- Oracle Access Manager (OAM) 12.2.1.4
- Using Detached Credential Collector (DCC) WebGate
- WebGate does not show error login page on submitting invalid credentials
Steps to Reproduce
1. Access a DCC WebGate protected page
2. Username and Password page will be displayed, enter invalid username and password
3. Expected behavior, display the invalid username/password in the page "An incorrect Username or Password was specified ", but it refreshes and land on the same page without error.
