Managed Server not Started when Using Scripted_mode (ssh) NodeManager (Doc ID 2882581.1)

Symptoms

10.3.6 Managed Server is not started when request is send to scripted-mode NodeManager via ssh.

For one managed server the NodeManager associated with machine mach01 displayed as not reachable.

"All of the servers selected are currently in a state which is incompatible with this operation or are not associated with a running Node Manager or you are not authorized to perform the action requested. No action will be performed."
