After upgrading WLS from 12.2.1.3.0 to 12.2.1.4.0, the following warning/exceptions are seen after startup and some time later.

The issue can be reproduced at will, with the following steps:

1. Start WLS environment.
2. Monitor the logs and see the errors start repeating.
