"Login As Different User" Option Not Available for UI Applications in EDQ 12.2.1.4.1 Launchpad (Doc ID 2884367.1)

Symptoms

Prior to Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) 12.2.1.4.1 version, on the Launchpad where all the User Interface (UI) applications are listed, there was an icon available for each of the applications that enabled users to "Login As Different User". This option is no longer available in 12.2.1.4.1 version and users are automatically getting logged in.
