AdminServer Fails to Stop With Schema Validation Error After Rollback the Latest WLS PSU (Doc ID 2886464.1)

This document is related to <Document 2861594.1> but this issue occurs at stopping WLS only on Windows platform.

The recent WLS PSUs (July 2021 or later) added some new configurations related to security that adds some new settings to config.xml.

If the new configuration settings of the new WLS PSU are saved to config.xml, and then the WLS PSU is rolled back, WLS can start but fails to stop by WLST with the following errors.

5. Stop AdminServer
6. Rollback the applied WLS PSU
7. Start AdminServer
8. Stop by WLST Fails with the error <BEA-141244> <Schema validation errors while parsing <DOMAIN_HOME>\config\config.xml ...
