Symptoms

Customer uses OIMAuthenticationProvider on a non-OIM managed server in an OIM domain.  In 11g, the authentication provider was able to establish a jdbc connection and authenticate users as expected.   After upgrading to 12c, calls to authenticate raise the following errors:

Changes

Upgraded local OIM system to 12.2.1.4.  Upgraded the OIMAuthenticationProvider jar to the one included in OIM 12.2.1.4.
