Not able to Log into WebLogic Admin Console Using the AD User (Doc ID 2890184.1)

Customer not able to log into WLS Admin console using AD user. Following error is thrown in WebLogic Admin Console when trying to login using the AD user:

When logged into WLS Admin console with the default WLS Admin user, the AD user xxxxx appears in the WLS Admin console-> under Users & Groups.
