(Doc ID 2890495.1)

Applies to:

Oracle Virtual Server x86-64
Symptoms
In Exalogic Virtual deployments, upon stopping or starting a guest vServer through EMOC BUI, it is observed that the status of the vServer does not change to reflect the updated status upon completion of the job. In the EMOC vDC accordion, a running guest vServer that was stopped continues to display with the green running icon. Similarly, a guest vServer in stopped status continues to display as stopped after the start job completes.
This behavior is observed for start/stop flows initiated through the following:
- By right-clicking on a vServer and choosing Stop vServer or Start vServer
- Clicking on Stop vServer or Start vServer in the Actions panel for a selected vServer
- Initiating stop/start of one or more vServers through the vServers tab for an account
A manual refresh of the vDC tree (by clicking on the vDC Refresh button) causes the right status to be displayed.
Changes
