After Install SOA or ESS, Failed To Start Admin Server With Validation Error (Doc ID 2891718.1)

Symptoms

 When installing SOA/ESS Server with following setting, failed to start servers.

- Check Convert to RAC multi data source
- Rename SOA/ESS servers, like from soa_server1 to soaserver1, ess_server1 to essserver1. To any name.
- Create cluster for SOA/ESS, and assign those created servers to the cluster.
