Symptoms

OSB servers were not coming up because the Service Bus Framework Starter Application failed to start.

The cause of failing OSB Starter application is a classnotfound exception. The referred class, com.bea.alsb.transports.rabbitmq.RabbitMQEndpointConfiguration, is part of MQ configuration.
