Purpose

 Implementing and Troubleshooting Menu Security in Forms.

Scope

Oracle Forms' security is based on the Oracle Server roles. Roles are a
method to allow users access to the information stored in the database.
However, not all users have access to everything, so the roles facilitate
grouping those users into a common role.

Once the users and roles are defined, any developer with DBA access can assign
those roles to the menu module, or menu items. This will control who has
access to what inside the menu application.
