Slowness Issue Encountered When Starting the SOA Server due to JMS Connection Factory (Doc ID 2894560.1)

When trying to start the SOA servers, the process was taking around one hour when usually the servers were up in few minutes.

Changes were done on the JMS side on WLS console. Initial capacity of JMS Connection Factories were set to 200 when the previous value was 0.
