Apache 2.4 Web Server Fails To Start After Installing WebGate "Syntax error on line 9 of /etc/httpd/conf/webgate.so"

Followed Doc ID 457458.1 and set SELinux to Permissive mode. ...still same issue
Apache started without any issue when commenting out the WebGate
