Duplicate File's were getting triggered Through MFT (Doc ID 2895705.1)

Symptoms

Customer has  two node MFT server and whenever  one file was transferred through  MFT , it were processing two files (1. Actual file, 2.Duplicate file) with same content.
Once customer shutdown any one of the node and transferred  the file, it has processed the file without any duplication.

Changes

 Customer has done the below changes on DB level and due to this, file adapter indexes were missed.


1. Oracle standalone database migrated to Exac 4 node RAC database.
2. Once DB migrated to Exac, we have changed data sources from generic to grid ink
