After Upgrading From WLS 11g to 12c, WebServices Application Getting Weblogic.wsee.util.AccessException: Access Denied To Operation GetStatus (Doc ID 2896216.1)

Symptoms

Upgraded Oracle WebLogic from 10.3.6.0 (11g) to 12.2.1.4.0 (12c) .

Then, the WAR applications got rebuilt with JDeveloper 12c, which are deployed in 11g and trying to deploy into 12c WebLogic.
Application deployed successfully and showing Active state .

But while trying to access the application's URL from SoapUI , getting "Access denied issues".
