Symptoms

A JAX-RS application deployment fails with org.glassfish.hk2.api.UnsatisfiedDependencyException in an environment where "jersey.config.server.wadl.disableWadl=true".

When this issue occurs, the log message indicates that can not inject WadlApplicationContext into JaxRsMonitoringListener as follows:
