Unable to load trace data into the database.

at oracle.forms.diagnostics.Session.uploadDB(Unknown Source)
at oracle.forms.diagnostics.GenEvent.process(Unknown Source)
at oracle.forms.diagnostics.Xlate.process(Unknown Source)
at oracle.forms.diagnostics.Xlate.main(Unknown Source)

The same trace files are successfully converted into XML.
