Symptoms
When attempting to deploy an application via the Admin Console, the following error occurs just after selecting the application, very first deployment page:
Unable to access the selected application.
Error at Line:0 Prefix [wls] used without binding it to a namespace URI
In the AdminServer logfile the following error is reported:
