Issues With Oracle Identity Governance (OIG) and Business Intelligence (BI) Publisher Reports (Doc ID 2900055.1)

Last updated on JULY 31, 2024

Applies to:

Identity Manager - Version 12.2.1.3.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

We have integrated OIG 12.2.1.4.210708 with BIP Publisher 12.2.1.3.0.

We are having issues with certain reports. Below is a list of the reports with the issue identified.

Issue 1:  Approval Activity
This report is not generating the information correctly.  In the case of a certain user, I have made more than 15 approvals in OIM and it only reports 1.

Issue 2:  User Resource Access History
What is the function of this report? What do "Effective from" and "Effective to" columns mean?

Issue 3:  User Resource Entitlement History
The date filter does not perform any functions. If a query is performed using the date filter, the information displayed is not filtered with that date.

Issue 4:  Entitlement Access List History
It was validated with all filter combinations and the report did not generated any kind of information.

Issue 5:  User Membership History
How should the information given by this report be interpreted?
The information generated by the report is not congruent, for example, as evidenced in the image that is used as a filter by the user johngaro who is 'office coordinator' and the result is 6 users of up to four different managers that have no relationship with the user entered.

Issue 6:  User Profile History
Does this history refer to any modifications that have had the identity? Can this information show modification information for any account?

Issue 7:  Entitlement Access List
How should the information in this report be interpreted? It is validated with all combinations of filters and the report did not generated any kind of information.

Issue 8: Users Unlocked
It is validated with all combinations of filters and the report did not generated any kind of information.
