Symptoms
Create an Application in AOB mode in OIG 12.2.1.4 Identity Self Service/Manage.
In the Applications tile for <Application Name>/Settings, select "User".
Open "Preview Settings" and select "Reconciliation".
Open "Situation and Responses".
In the 'Response' drop down menu, only two values "Establish Link" and "None" are displayed.
We do not see the responses "Assign To Administrator With Least Load", "Assign To Authorizer With Least Load" or "Assign To Authorizer With Highest Priority".
