Webutil_host.Blocking Not Blocking When Opening HTML Files (Doc ID 290273.1)

Opening an HTML file and then deleting it using -

WEBUTIL_HOST.BLOCKING('CMD /C "c:\text.html');

It works fine for all file types except for HTML, when the invoking form is also being run in IE. With HTML, the blocking doesn't seem to work.
