Symptoms
Starting with Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) 12.2.1.4.220413, upon revoking entitlements, the entries gets deleted from the UD child table as expected. But entitlements doesn't get removed from the ENT_ASSIGN table and eventually, entitlements doesn't get copied to ENT_ASSIGN_HIST table. Due to this defect, user can provision the entitlement again which causes duplicate entitlement provisioning.
