Goal

Troubleshooting Capture Import Processor Email Account verification and Processing errors with Office365.

This document describes troubleshooting steps to take when the following errors appear in the Capture Console or the Capture Diagnostic logs.

Errors while trying to verify an Office365 email account in the Capture Console
Cannot connect to specified email account.
Account Verification failed.

Error while trying to read emails from the Office365 email account which appears in the Capture Diagnostic Log file

Failed to get access token.
