Need Assistance Locating Correct OIT Patch (Doc ID 2904550.1)

Goal

Looking to apply the latest OIT patch, 34597079. However the search for that in the Patch Search has 10 results. All have the exact same Description, Release #, & Platform. None of the ten results have the same Release Date. They all have different sizes.
