Goal

On : 12.2.1.4.0 version, OSB Transports

SAP Adapter error showing RFC list

After Migrating OSB from 11g to 12c, while trying to configure in JDeveloper 12c SAP Connection to get the RFC that needs to be published as a service, receiving the following error and don't see any RFC although IDOCs and BAPIs can be seen

Error message is: com.sap.conn.jco.AbapException: (126) NOT_AUTHORIZED: NOT_AUTHORIZED

Connection using 11g utility works with same SAP instance and can see RFCs to choose.

How to configure properly connection in JDeveloper 12c to make it work for start services migration.
