JDBC Connection Gets Closed While in Use by the Application Then it Throws "Connection has already been closed" (Doc ID 2904949.1)

EBS application gets "Connection has already been closed" while application is in use.

There is not errors reported in WebLogic Server logs but application logs show the exception with below thread stack shown below.
