Symptoms

Exalogic Virtual: vDC Tasks From EMOC Using Newly Created Cloud Admin vDC User Failing With "Current cloud user does not have authorization to perform this action" Error

In Exalogic Virtual racks, issue of vDC tasks from EMOC using newly created Cloud Admin vDC user failing with "Current cloud user does not have authorization to perform this action" error is seen.

vDC tasks like stopping/starting/creating vServers using root user works without any issues. But when doing the same operations logging into EMOC BUI console using newly created Cloud Admin vDC user, the tasks fails.

Creation of new vDC user for EMOC.
