Problem

SQLcl 22.3 -search-path parameter not working on Windows
Trying to use -search-path parameter together with lb update/update-sql but we are getting the following error:
SQL> lb update-sql -chf controller.xml -sep C:\Users\Documents\liquibase\LiquibaseProjects\myfile
--Starting Liquibase at 16:13:06 (version 4.15.0 #0 built at 2022-08-19 14:45+0000)
The file controller.xml was not found in the configured search path:
More locations can be added with the 'searchPath' parameter.
