Symptoms

 Process Pending Role Grants Job fails if the user was deleted before the role grant becomes effective.

Changes

Assign a role with a future start date of date A to a user on day B.
Then that user is deleted between date A and date B.
The Process Pending Role Grants Job fails when executed on date B while trying to process that user.
