ODI Planning Job Failing Refresh with IKM SQL to Hyperion Planning After PCA Update (Doc ID 2905668.1)

Symptoms

After applying a Personal Cloud Appliance (PCA) firmware update, a load plan using IKM SQL to Hyperion Planning hangs during the metadata refresh update. It is expected that the Planning refresh updates the relational database metadata, which will then update into the Essbase Database.

The following error is reported by the knowledge module:

The same metadata refresh works when initiated manually.

Changes

Oracle Private Cloud Appliance had a firmware update performed.
